Project: conversion into a bar and restaurant with all new plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration systems, a commercial kitchen and restrooms.
Gut renovation and design of a series of intimate spaces within the large area: a lounge, booths for dining, and a dance and concert space. The furniture, lighting, and 33’ centerpiece oval bar are all custom built.
