Project: 1500 sqft conversion into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and lowering floor levels to gain ceiling height.
The new distribution is such that natural light reaches all depths of the home.
We employed an amalgam of hard woods- spanish walnut, antique melis pine, white oak- to build doors, windows, skylight, closets and the kitchen; and along with the countertop marbles, stone flooring and ceramic tiles, the home generates an atmosphere of comfortable modernity.
